We aim to provide you with the best service available. Please read below to see if we can answer some basic questions about horseback riding lessons, horse training, and more.
ATTIRE
Closed-toe shoes or boots are required, and a slight heel is preferred. We also recommend long pants and sun protection, such as hats, sunscreen and sunglasses.
HELMETS
Helmets are mandatory at all times while riding.
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
For your safety, the maximum weight allowance for riders is 230 lbs (104 kg).
SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We request cancellation or rescheduling notification by 4:00 pm the day prior to a scheduled appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling received after 4:00 pm will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service. A credit card is requested at the time of booking.
GRATUITY
Services do not include gratuity. Please feel free to tip your guide based on the service you experience.
